Ó Muilleoir brings Belfast jobs lobby to New York

Balmoral Sinn Féin candidate Máirtín Ó Muilleoir will travel to New York for 24 hours on Friday 15th April to address the Irish Small Business 50 Awards alongside John Liu, Comptroller of New York City, and Rob Walsh, Commissioner of Small Business Services in New York. Máirtín will use the New York gathering of America's small business elite to invite those present to partner emerging companies in the city of Belfast. Read full article

Belfast Sinn Féin Launch Council Election Candidates

South and East Belfast Council election candidates: Máirtín Ó Muilleoir (Balmoral), Cllr. Deirdre Hargey (Laganbank), and Niall Ó Donnghaile (Pottinger).

Belfast Sinn Féin today launched it campaign for Belfast City Council with 18 candidates handing in their nomination papers at Belfast City Hall. Representing South and East Belfast were Cllr. Sinn Féin welcomes funding agreement for Markets Youth Centre

South Belfast Sinn Féin MLA Alex Maskey and Laganbank councillor Deirdre Hargey have welcomed the announcement that the Department of Education is to be the lead funder in planning for a youth centre in the Markets area of South Belfast. Education Minister Caitríona Ruane, writing to Alex Maskey MLA, has confirmed that her department is to be the lead funder in the project, contributing £900,000 towards the scheme, and is now working with officials from the Department of Social Development and representatives from St Malachy's Primary School to plot out the next steps.
